Your accounts and data stay yours. We run the infrastructure.
Your systems connect to accounts you own and run on our secure infrastructure. You never touch a dashboard, a server, or a credential. You see the outcome, and nothing else. This page explains how that works and how your data is handled.
Your accounts
Every system we build connects to accounts your business already owns. We build and host the automation around those accounts on our own infrastructure, but the accounts themselves — and the data inside them — stay with you. Ownership never transfers to us.
Access and credentials
We never hold your passwords. During onboarding you issue scoped access keys, each limited to exactly what a given system needs. You grant the access, you decide what it covers, and you can revoke any key at any time. Your credentials remain yours to grant and to withdraw.
Isolation and encryption
Your environment is kept separate from every other account we work with. Access keys are stored in an encrypted vault rather than in plain text, are never shared, and are protected by two-factor authentication throughout.
Your environment stands on its own. No key, no vault, and no data is shared across engagements.
How an engagement works
An engagement begins with an onboarding session in which you issue a handful of scoped keys for the systems your automation will use. It is done once.
We then build your system on our infrastructure and test it in full. Nothing goes live until it has been tested end to end against real conditions.
Once it is running, the system operates quietly in the background. It requires no attention from you once it is in place — no logins, no maintenance, and no day-to-day oversight.
Your involvement is the first stage only. Everything after it runs on our side.
Revoking access
Every access you grant can be revoked at any time. The keys you issue stay under your control, and everything we hold is documented and scoped to the systems we operate for you. When you withdraw a key, our connection to that account ends.
Confidentiality and data processing
Each engagement is governed by a mutual confidentiality and data-processing agreement that sets out what we may access, how we handle your data, and the obligations on both sides.
We build the systems, host them, and remain responsible for how they run. Control over your accounts and data stays with you.
